Refund Policy

Services that have already been performed are final and non-refundable. If something about your visit didn't sit right with you, please reach out, I'd genuinely like the chance to make it right.

• Prepaid packages: refundable in full before the first visit in the package is used. Once a visit has been redeemed, the package becomes non-refundable, minus a small processing fee for any remaining balance.
• Deposits: carried over freely with an on-time cancellation or reschedule (see the cancellation policy); forfeited on a late cancellation or no-show.
• Retail products: unopened, unused products may be exchanged within 14 days with proof of purchase.
