Life happens, and I understand that. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid losing your deposit.
Cancellations or reschedules made within the notice window are free, no questions asked. Your deposit simply carries over to your new appointment time.
Cancellations made after that window forfeit the deposit, since that time was held for you and turned away from other clients.
To cancel or reschedule, reply to your confirmation email or reach out at nightndayesthetics@gmail.com as soon as you know your plans have changed.
