• Payment and card-on-file information, handled and stored by our payment processor, never stored directly by Night & Day Esthetics.

How it's used

Your information is used to confirm appointments, personalize your service safely, send appointment reminders, and honor the deposit, cancellation, and no-show policies above. It is never sold, and is only shared with the third-party tools that power booking and payment.

Health information and your rights

Because consent forms may include health-related details, Washington's My Health My Data Act gives you specific rights over that information, including the right to know what's been collected, to withdraw consent, and to request deletion. Retention

Signed consent forms are kept on file for the period required for professional licensing and liability purposes, then securely deleted.
